The right kind of machine protection is necessary to ensure flawless and smooth operation. From rectangular fabric bellows and conical PVC bellows to rubber bellows or silicone bellows—our bellows prevent chips, dust, and liquids from entering machines and they offer optimum machine protection.
Polygonal bellows.
From camera bellows, laser beam guide bellows, and polygonal bellows to customer-specific special geometries—MöllerWerke polygonal bellows are suitable for a wide variety of applications.
Box bellows.
Box bellows are suitable for protecting laser machines such as (scissor) lift tables, work tables, robots, or water jet systems, among others. MöllerWerke box bellows can also be produced for use in clean rooms.
Rubber disc bellows.
Rubber disc bellows reliably protect threaded rods, guide rails, spindles, and cylinders from oil, chips, and liquids. MöllerWerke is the market leader in the field of rubber disc bellows for guide track covers. Our rubber disc bellows offer maximum impermeability with minimum block dimensions and are suitable for indoor and outdoor use (UV-resistant).
Sewn bellows.
Sewn bellows are often used in loading equipment or for presses to protect delicate components. MöllerWerke produces sewn bellows in customized, special geometries without additional tooling costs and in small quantities.
Bellows with lamellae.
Bellows with lamellae offer a high degree of protection from chips, weld spatters, and slag residue. Bellows with fixed or folding lamellae made from aluminum, spring steel, or stainless steel are also available in special geometries.
Guide track covers
Guide track covers protect linear rails and interior components. MöllerWerke produces liquid-impermeable and oil- and UV-resistant guide track covers in a U-shape as well as special geometries. What’s unique about our guide track covers is that they are made of textiles as well as rubber.
Apron covers.
MöllerWerke apron covers are used to protect delicate components in small spaces. Apron covers are often used in measuring machines.
