STAHLFLEX®.
The innovative STAHLFLEX® cover system combines lightweight construction with extremely quiet, smooth operational performance, and is also exceedingly resistant to wear and tear. The cover is available in a riveted design or as a modular system. STAHLFLEX® is particularly suited for high speeds and accelerations.
DIAMANTFLEX®.
The DIAMANTFLEX® protective cover stands out because of its innovative, lightweight design to enable production of even more compact machine tools. This protective cover is particularly suited for highly dynamic applications, offering optimal protection from high quantities of chips.
LIGHTFLEX.
LIGHTFLEX is a cover similar to a bellow system with smooth operational performance like the STAHLFLEX® protective machine cover. POWERFLEX®.
The POWERFLEX® protective machine cover stands out due to its ressource-efficient design and low block size of 2.3 mm per lamella. Unlike conventional protective machine covers, the PP elements are ultrasonically welded rather than riveted, resulting in a weight-optimized construction.
CLICKFLEX®.
The CLICKFLEX® protective machine cover has a special plug-in system that eliminates the need for rivets. Thus, CLICKFLEX® offers a more assembly-friendly and resource-efficient alternative to conventional protective machine covers. The compact design is ideal for high accelerations and travel speeds.
Projectile-proof covers.
Our projectile-proof covers are particularly suitable for combined lathe machining and milling. The combination of STAHLFLEX® and high-strength fiber mesh counteracts projectiles and is available in all standard protection classes from A1 to C3.
Tooling changeover flaps.
MöllerWerke tooling changeover flaps are tailor-made for each customer and customized to meet specific machine requirements. Depending on the application and dynamics of the machine, they are equipped with pneumatic cylinders, timing belts, or chain drives. Our tooling changeover flaps offer high performance, durability, and are suitable for short tooling changeover intervals.
