Due to their abrasion resistance, MöllerWerke 3D printed wipers have a longer service life than conventional way wiper systems available on the market.
The 3D printed way wipers offer an improved sealing in the joint area due to the 3D printing process developed by MöllerWerke. In addition, the physical and mechanical properties ensure that the way wiper systems can be used in many applications without the need for material adjustments.
MöllerWerke 3D printed wipers are produced in our in-house 3D printing center and are therefore available at short notice, reproducible and independent of mold costs.
Our printers offer the possibility to print wipers up to a size of 750 x 550 mm.
MöllerWerke 3D printed wipers are individually adapted to each machine and also available as an assembly including headstock box.
